If you purchase a Founding Driver reservation or another TYLO product or service, payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

TYLO may receive transaction-related information such as:

  • Payment-related account information provided by the payment processor

TYLO does not intend to directly store complete credit or debit card numbers when payment information is processed through Stripe.

When you register for the TYLO Founding Driver Program, TYLO may retain the information submitted through the registration form together with information regarding your registration and payment status.

Payment of the Founding Driver reservation does not itself constitute final approval to operate as a TYLO driver.

Registration information may subsequently be associated with your TYLO driver account if you complete the driver onboarding process.

TYLO may share personal information when reasonably necessary with service providers that assist us in operating our business.

TYLO does not sell personal information for monetary consideration as part of its current driver pre-registration program.

TYLO does not sell sensitive personal information or biometric information as part of the current website registration process.

Individuals seeking to register as TYLO drivers must satisfy TYLO’s applicable minimum-age and driver-eligibility requirements.

TYLO does not knowingly use its driver-registration process to collect personal information from children.

If we become aware that information was collected from a child in circumstances prohibited by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address it.

TYLO is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

TYLO’s use of payment processors does not mean that TYLO receives or stores all information provided directly to those processors.
