05. Founding Driver Registration
When you register for the TYLO Founding Driver Program, TYLO may retain the information submitted through the registration form together with information regarding your registration and payment status.
Payment of the Founding Driver reservation does not itself constitute final approval to operate as a TYLO driver.
Registration information may subsequently be associated with your TYLO driver account if you complete the driver onboarding process.
06. How We Share Personal Information
TYLO may share personal information when reasonably necessary with service providers that assist us in operating our business.
These may include providers of:

07. Sale of Personal Information
TYLO does not sell personal information for monetary consideration as part of its current driver pre-registration program.
TYLO does not sell sensitive personal information or biometric information as part of the current website registration process.
If TYLO’s practices materially change, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any legally required notices or choices will be provided.
08. Advertising and Marketing
TYLO may use contact information to communicate with users about:

TYLO’s driver registration and Founding Driver programs are not intended for children.
Individuals seeking to register as TYLO drivers must satisfy TYLO’s applicable minimum-age and driver-eligibility requirements.
TYLO does not knowingly use its driver-registration process to collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that information was collected from a child in circumstances prohibited by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address it.
15. Third-Party Websites and Services
TYLO’s website or services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
TYLO is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

Payment processors may collect and process payment information directly and may maintain their own privacy policies and security practices.
TYLO’s use of payment processors does not mean that TYLO receives or stores all information provided directly to those processors.
