        to TYLO APP CORP (\u201cTYLO,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d) through the\n                    TYLO website in connection with the TYLO Founding Driver\n                    Program.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this\n                    Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy and TYLO\u2019s Terms &amp; Conditions.\n                <\/p>\n\n            <\/section>\n\n\n            <!-- 02 -->\n\n            <section class=\"tylo-refund-section\">\n\n                <h2>\n                    <span>02.<\/span> Founding Driver Reservation Fee\n                <\/h2>\n\n                <p>\n                    TYLO currently offers eligible prospective drivers the\n                    opportunity to reserve a position in the TYLO Founding Driver\n                    Program for a one-time reservation fee of USD $59.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    The $59 payment is a reservation fee associated with\n                    participation in the Founding Driver Program.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    It is not a recurring subscription or membership payment.\n                <\/p>\n\n            <\/section>\n\n\n            <!-- 03 -->\n\n            <section class=\"tylo-refund-section\">\n\n                <h2>\n                    <span>03.<\/span> Non-Refundable Payment\n                <\/h2>\n\n                <div class=\"tylo-refund-notice\">\n\n                    <div class=\"tylo-refund-notice-title\">\n                        Important\n                    <\/div>\n\n                    <div class=\"tylo-refund-notice-text\">\n                        ALL $59 FOUNDING DRIVER RESERVATION FEES ARE FINAL AND\n                        NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY\n                        APPLICABLE LAW OR AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BELOW.\n                    <\/div>\n\n                <\/div>\n\n                <p>\n                    Once payment has been successfully processed, TYLO does not\n                    provide a refund because an applicant:\n                <\/p>\n\n                <ul>\n                    <li>changes their mind;<\/li>\n                    <li>decides not to become a TYLO driver;<\/li>\n                    <li>fails to complete the onboarding process;<\/li>\n                    <li>fails to provide required documentation;<\/li>\n                    <li>\n                        does not satisfy driver, vehicle, background-check,\n                        insurance, identity-verification, or other eligibility\n                        requirements;\n                    <\/li>\n                    <li>relocates to another market;<\/li>\n                    <li>does not use their Founding Driver benefits; or<\/li>\n                    <li>\n                        chooses not to activate or use their TYLO driver account.\n                    <\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n\n                <p>\n                    By completing the $59 payment, the applicant expressly\n                    acknowledges the non-refundable nature of the reservation fee.\n                <\/p>\n\n            <\/section>\n\n\n            <div class=\"tylo-refund-divider\"><\/div>\n\n\n            <!-- 04 -->\n\n            <section class=\"tylo-refund-section\">\n\n                <h2>\n                    <span>04.<\/span> Founding Driver Status Is Not Driver Approval\n                <\/h2>\n\n                <p>\n                    Payment of the $59 reservation fee reserves participation in\n                    the TYLO Founding Driver Program, subject to its terms and\n                    availability.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    Payment does not constitute final approval to provide\n                    transportation services through TYLO.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    Applicants must subsequently satisfy TYLO\u2019s applicable\n                    onboarding, identity, vehicle, insurance, background-check,\n                    driving-history, safety, and other eligibility requirements\n                    before they may be authorized to accept rides.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    Failure to satisfy these requirements does not entitle the\n                    applicant to a refund of the Founding Driver reservation fee,\n                    except where otherwise required by applicable law.\n                <\/p>\n\n            <\/section>\n\n\n            <!-- 05 -->\n\n            <section class=\"tylo-refund-section\">\n\n                <h2>\n                    <span>05.<\/span> Launch Dates and Market Availability\n                <\/h2>\n\n                <p>\n                    TYLO may communicate anticipated launch dates or target markets.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    These dates and markets may change due to regulatory,\n                    operational, technical, insurance, commercial, or other\n                    circumstances.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    A delay or change in TYLO\u2019s anticipated launch schedule does\n                    not automatically entitle an applicant to a refund of the\n                    Founding Driver reservation fee, except where required by\n                    applicable law.\n                <\/p>\n\n            <\/section>\n\n\n            <!-- 06 -->\n\n            <section class=\"tylo-refund-section\">\n\n                <h2>\n                    <span>06.<\/span> Duplicate or Incorrect Charges\n                <\/h2>\n\n                <p>\n                    If you believe you were:\n                <\/p>\n\n                <ul>\n                    <li>\n                        charged more than once for the same Founding Driver\n                        reservation;\n                    <\/li>\n\n                    <li>\n                        charged an incorrect amount; or\n                    <\/li>\n\n                    <li>\n                        charged as a result of a technical payment-processing\n                        error,\n                    <\/li>\n                <\/ul>\n\n                <p>\n                    please contact TYLO promptly.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    TYLO will investigate the transaction. If TYLO confirms that\n                    a duplicate, incorrect, or erroneous charge occurred, TYLO\n                    may reverse or refund the erroneous charge to the original\n                    payment method.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    This section does not convert the standard $59 Founding Driver\n                    reservation fee into a refundable payment.\n                <\/p>\n\n            <\/section>\n\n\n            <!-- 07 -->\n\n            <section class=\"tylo-refund-section\">\n\n                <h2>\n                    <span>07.<\/span> Unauthorized Transactions\n                <\/h2>\n\n                <p>\n                    If you believe a payment was made without your authorization,\n                    contact TYLO promptly using the contact information below.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    You should also contact your card issuer or financial\n                    institution when appropriate.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    TYLO may request information reasonably necessary to\n                    investigate the transaction and prevent fraud.\n                <\/p>\n\n            <\/section>\n\n\n            <!-- 08 -->\n\n            <section class=\"tylo-refund-section\">\n\n                <h2>\n                    <span>08.<\/span> Free Waitlist\n                <\/h2>\n\n                <p>\n                    Joining the TYLO Free Waitlist costs $0.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    Because no payment is collected for the Free Waitlist, there\n                    is no payment to refund.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    A person may request removal from the waitlist or request\n                    deletion of eligible personal information in accordance with\n                    TYLO\u2019s Privacy Policy and applicable law.\n                <\/p>\n\n            <\/section>\n\n\n            <div class=\"tylo-refund-divider\"><\/div>\n\n\n            <!-- 09 -->\n\n            <section class=\"tylo-refund-section\">\n\n                <h2>\n                    <span>09.<\/span> Future Memberships and Services\n                <\/h2>\n\n                <p>\n                    The $59 Founding Driver reservation fee is separate from any\n                    future TYLO driver membership, subscription, or other paid\n                    service.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    Future paid products or services may have their own\n                    cancellation and refund terms, which will be disclosed before\n                    purchase or activation.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    This policy does not automatically govern those future\n                    purchases unless expressly stated.\n                <\/p>\n\n            <\/section>\n\n\n            <!-- 10 -->\n\n            <section class=\"tylo-refund-section\">\n\n                <h2>\n                    <span>10.<\/span> Payment Processing\n                <\/h2>\n\n                <p>\n                    Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers,\n                    including Stripe.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    Approved refunds or reversals, when applicable, will ordinarily\n                    be returned through the original payment method and may be\n                    subject to processing times established by the payment provider\n                    or financial institution.\n                <\/p>\n\n            <\/section>\n\n\n            <!-- 11 -->\n\n            <section class=\"tylo-refund-section\">\n\n                <h2>\n                    <span>11.<\/span> Chargebacks and Payment Disputes\n                <\/h2>\n\n                <p>\n                    If you believe a transaction contains an error, we encourage\n                    you to contact TYLO so that we can review the transaction.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under\n                    applicable payment-network rules or applicable law.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                    Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in suspension\n                    of TYLO registration or account privileges, to the extent\n                    permitted by law.\n                <\/p>\n\n            <\/section>\n\n\n            <!-- 12 -->\n\n            <section class=\"tylo-refund-section\">\n\n                <h2>\n                    <span>12.<\/span> Applicable Law\n                <\/h2>\n\n                <p>\n                    This Refund &amp;
